In 2000, we hit the ground running-- literally!-- with the first annual 5k run and walk fundraiser.

 

Today, we partner with Pacific University College of Optometry and 80 generous sponsors to host 200+ runners and walkers each third Saturday in September. Participants compete in 10k and 5k races, enjoy a 5k fun walk with their families, or cheer on their kids in the Tot Trot for children to five years old. 

 

 

The annual free Forest Grove Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival will be held adjacent to the University following the event this year, so round up your kids (or grandkids!), lace up your running shoes and head out to Forest Grove September 17th for a fine day of fitness and fun!
